Want to share a website that you know will be removed due to legal reasons? Well, then BackupURL is for you.

BackupURL is self proclaimed as ” The First Instant URL Caching Website!”. It takes any URL and caches it’s current page instantly. Once it’s created, a random permanent URL is created and can be shared for everyone’s use.

It works different then services such as Google or other automated cache, in that it’s instantaneous. Once you enter the URL, it automatically stores the page and generates the URL for you.

Although Filezilla is one of the best free FTP programs out there, it still requires you to login each and every time, and just nearly as quick as simple using a simple ‘Send To’ in the context menu. I think I would find it much handier if you could simply right-click on a file and say ‘Send To>INSERT SERVER NAME’. That’s what a simple little program called RightLoad does.

RightLoad is simple contextual menu add-on that makes it very easy to simply right-click on any file loaded on your PC and send it directly to your FTP/Webhost. Windows has similar ability, but it does work quite as flawless as this does. If your web provider allows you store random files on your FTP server, then you could easily use this as a quick backup option too.

Whether duplicating dozens of PCs for your business, or just wanting a good imaged backup of your entire system, drive imaging is the best way to do so. Essentially, taking a static picture of your HDD at any point in time, creating it as a single file and archiving it for future or emergency use. There are many software options out there to do such things, such as Norton Ghost or Acronis, but both cost money and almost all options always require to do imaging through a boot disk.

DriveImage XML does all of the above, but can do so while in or out of Windows. A few of the big things it does:

Create a single image file backup of your logical drives and partitions.

Browse the image files in depth and extract files.

Restore to any drive, whether on the same or a completely different drive.

Use Windows task scheduler to automatically backup your system with these methods.

The software is incredibly fast, incredibly reliable and incredibly cheap…FREE**.

**Free for private use. $100 for a five user business license.
