I know that several blogs have reported on the new dark blue embedded theme roaming the web, but I can’t help but write about it myself, because I have implemented it myself. Not officially released from Microsoft, but extracted from the operating system, this theme requires no hacking and only requires a simple, quick, install. It will automatically apply itself, changing the look significantly in XP. Below are some screenshots.
