There many different methods that the electronic world has attempted to push our push towards a more ‘green’ world. We’ve implemented energy saving cars, homes, schools and of course computers and electronics. The problem is that although we’ve got many different places we adjust energy saving, cost saving settings in Windows, we really haven’t seen any numbers at cost savings.
Well, Edison from Verdiem attempts to help the world shine that much greener. What Edison attempts to do is give you all the same implementation settings of Windows, but also give you the $$$ at the same time. You can adjust the timers on your own, during on and off peak hours, or can have Edison do so by adjusting the efficiency slider to save more or less. Take a look at the below screenshot for a better understanding, and then download it yourself and help the world that much more.

I am a long time techaholic, blogger and IT administrator living in the Midwestern United States. I have been associated with computers and technology almost my entire life. The obsession started when I first set my eyes on one of the Atari Entertainment Systems and hasn't stopped since.
My Dad paid $3000+ for a state of the art PC back in the day, and I have been on one almost my entire life since. It's truly an addiction that I will never give up.
Along with my Tech addiction, I also enjoy scouring blogs and the web for anything that may be interesting to write about. My posts are displayed here at TheWindowsFix, MakeUseOf and ConnectedInternet.
